Scope and ordering

Bildhafen (bildhafen.com), operated by ИП Зиверт Давид, offers time-limited access to the full photo collection: one-time 30-day access for €89 or 12 months for €708. One license applies to all downloads. An order is accepted only by explicit confirmation or payment after these terms and the full charge information are provided.

Prices are in EUR. The final amount and any conversion to KGS by the payment provider are confirmed before payment. Terms are fixed; renewal is manual only through a new payment. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.

Delivery and access

After payment, download links or files are delivered by email. A subscription provides only the time-limited downloads specified in the order, not ownership or indefinite access. Notify us of delivery or performance problems so we can address them; silence does not waive mandatory remedies.

Payments

Finik (https://www.finik.kg/) is the intended provider for Visa card payments when offered for an order. These pages do not activate a payment integration or card acceptance. Available methods, the final amount and any conversion to KGS by the payment provider will be confirmed before payment; no provider settlement currency or card-network/acquirer approval is claimed here.

If card payment is offered, enter card credentials only through the payment provider's designated secure payment interface. We do not request or store full card numbers or card security codes, including by email. Payment processing and any available refund channel depend on the provider/bank arrangements; these do not reduce your statutory claims against us.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact hi@david-siewert.com or +996995494200 to cancel, request a refund or report non-delivery or defective performance. Include the order reference, relevant payment details (not card credentials), and the reason for your request. We will assess the request against the order and applicable law and explain the outcome and any calculation. This contact route does not limit other lawful ways of exercising your rights.

You retain all mandatory cancellation and consumer remedies under Kyrgyz law, including remedies for non-delivery, delay and defective performance. Depending on the applicable legal conditions, these can include correction, repeat performance, a price reduction, termination and a refund or other compensation. Nothing here imposes a blanket no-refund rule or penalises a lawful cancellation.

For cancellation of work or services already started, any amount retained or deducted must be permitted by the applicable mandatory law and remain within its limits. We will identify the applicable legal basis and calculation, without stacking charges for work, expenses and losses, counting any amount twice or imposing a cancellation penalty that overrides a statutory right. Any refundable balance remains due. For a properly delivered digital product, completed service, or subscription period already provided as agreed, we do not offer an additional discretionary change-of-mind refund unless the order expressly provides one; mandatory rights, including any applicable cancellation right, still prevail. No universal waiver of digital-content withdrawal rights is required or assumed.

Subscriptions expire at the end of their agreed fixed term unless you manually renew. Earlier cancellation, termination and refund rights remain governed by applicable law and the agreed order, without limiting mandatory rights. Your entitlement to cancellation or a refund does not depend on Finik or bank approval. Refunds due will be arranged through a lawful available payment route within the applicable legal requirements; no particular provider processing deadline is promised.

Intellectual property and permitted use

After payment of sums lawfully due, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the single license for all downloads. Photographs remain the property of their rights holders. Resale of the files as such, use in AI training datasets, and use as a trademark or logo are prohibited. These provisions do not permit us to withhold mandatory consumer remedies.

Responsibility and disputes

Each party is responsible for its obligations under the order and applicable law. We do not guarantee results outside the agreed scope or control, such as third-party platform availability. Any order-specific limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law; nothing excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer protections.

Send complaints to hi@david-siewert.com or the contact address above, with enough information to identify the order and issue. We aim to resolve disputes directly, without making this a condition that restricts lawful remedies. Kyrgyz Republic law applies, including mandatory consumer cancellation and refund protections. This choice does not deprive consumers of other mandatory protections that apply to them or restrict access to a competent court or authority.

Privacy and later changes

See the privacy policy for personal-data handling. Changes to these general terms apply to future orders; an existing order changes only by agreement or as required by law. The effective date above identifies this version.
